Welcome to the ASPE - Atlanta Website

I am pleased to inform you that the Atlanta Chapter Board has decided to hold a contest to sponsor two members of our organization to attend the ASPE 2010 ASPE Convention in Philadelphia, PA October 30th –November 3rd, 2010. A few lucky Chapter members will receive complimentary round trip airfare, hotel accommodations, and the opportunity to attend the Exposition. The winners will be Atlanta Chapter members of any category (except student), in good standing, that is active in our Chapter. The members with the most total points will be put into the final drawing, based on a point system with five categories described below:

- 5 points for Active Attendance
Points will be awarded for attending our June Golf Outing.

- 5 points for Newsletter Article Questions
Points will be awarded for reading and answering questions included in newsletter articles. The articles will contain instructions on how to properly reply.

-15 points for New Member Recruitment
Points will be awarded for each new member recruited to the Atlanta Chapter.

- 5 points for Committee Members
Points will be awarded for each committee on which a member serves.

- 5 points for Writing Articles
Points will be awarded for each article written for the PS&D or the monthly newsletter.

The drawing will be held at our September meeting, and all points shall be earned prior to the September meeting. The 5 members with the highest number of points will be entered into the drawing. Each of the five members will have an equal chance of winning and two names will be drawn. Winners must be present to win.

     On behalf of the Atlanta Chapter Board, I'd like to welcome you to our Chapter's web page. Please take a tour through the site, and familiarize yourself with what’s happening on the local ASPE front. We hope to see you at a future Atlanta Chapter meeting. Meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month, from September through May at the Villa Christina Restaurant.
